Indonesian Ambassador H.E. Al Busyra Basnur along with his group and Oromia tourism commission team has visited Jimma University’s various facilities yesterday.
The visit was mainly targeted to create an educational link between Jimma University and Indonesian universities. As Jimma University is one of the leading university in Ethiopia, Universities from Indonesia will be happy to work together in the future said H.E Ambasador AI Busyer.
Jimma university president Dr. Jemal Abafita led the tour at Jimma University’s Main Campus; Jimma Medical Centre, Jimma Institute of Technology (JIT) and also ELADALE farm, one of Jimma University’s Agricultural research centres.
The President point out that Jimma University has many more plans to work with foreign relation in order to meet the goal of Internationalization.
