Jimma University is deeply saddened with the news of the passing away of one of its senior professors, Professor Debela Hunde.
Professor Debela is a Professor of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services at College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and served Jimma University at various capacities. He has contributed a lot towards the advancement of science in his field of specialization through research and publications, and exerted efforts to improve the livelihoods of the community at his capacity.
