Jimma University Board of Governors at its special meeting held on October 31, 2019 has selected Dr. Kenenisa Lemi as Vice President for Administration and Student Service. The selection process followed the regular procedures as indicated in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education Directive on Selection and Appointment of Leaders and Managers in HEIs in Ethiopia.
Accordingly, based on the roles and responsibilities assigned to the Search and Selection Committee based on article 6.5 of the directive, the Committee has reported the list of the four candidates for the position of V/P for Administration and Student Service as follows:
