Jimma University Board of Governors at its 53th regular meeting held on October 31, 2019 has approved the promotion of Dr. Gemeda Abebe, Dr. Gezahegn Berecha, Dr. Sultan Suleman and Dr. Zeleke Mekonnen to full professorship. Before the approval, a review process and decision has been made by the respective departments and colleges of the applicants and by the University Senate.
