𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

We are happy to announce the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗜𝗛 𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The conference is organized by the Centre for International Health (CIH) at LMU Munich, Germany in collaboration with the Jimma University, Ethiopia. Funding is from the Bavarian State Chancellery. The conference aims to provide a platform for sharing experiences, challenges, and best practices in health professions education in Africa, as well as to foster collaboration and networking among researchers, educators, policy makers and practitioners in the field.

The conference will feature keynote speeches, presentation of various AMEAR projects, networking session to promote south-to-south cooperations and future perspectives on faculty development in sub-Sahara Africa.

Along with many other experts in the field of heaths profession education we are particularly looking forward to our guest speakers Ms. Faith Nawagi as representative of the FAIMER network in East Africa, Mr. Solomon Worku Beza, Dr. Tefera Tadesse and Mr. Petros Mulugeta as representative of the Bavarian Office for Africa.
