Background information
Every college has its own gender office. The main aim is to tackle the problems that the female students face in every course in every semester. This helps every college to identify the courses that instructors provide tutorial classes. In addition to that the professionals in each gender office and invited guests organize workshops and present papers on the study techniques that enable the female students to exploit their talents and compete with their fellow male students starting from freshmen programme until their graduation.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating tutorial classes
- Giving orientations at the beginning of the year
- Increasing the number of female students and female administrative workers in reproductive health and HIV AIDS
- Coordinating and providing life skill training
- Coordinating and celebrating March 8
- Increasing female student’s assertiveness
- Giving guidance and counselling services as needed
