About the Office of the Registrar:

The office is one of the Coordinating Offices in the College of Law and Governance that  primarily indebted with students’ admission and registration, keeping students’ academic records and grades, issuing students’ grade reports and assigning classrooms. Besides, the Office entertains cases related to students’ grades, re-admissions, Course Add-and drops, clearances, withdrawal, graduation, and handles students’ complaints within the jurisdiction of the office etc.

Tuition and Fees:

Only self-sponsored students are required to make payments for the services they get from the university, and the amount they have to pay is to be determined by the university centrally, not by the college and the coordinating office. Academic Records & Verification [How to obtain Transcripts, Grades and Academic Records]

A student can obtain his/her Transcript, Grades and Academic Record upon his/her request, and verified made by the office whether the students who request for the same has fulfilled all the necessary requirements to obtain his academic records or not.
