January 31-to- February 1, 2019

Based on developed action plan and using National HMIS quality improvement 

mentorship guide; the team mentoredOmo-Nada Woreda health office and health facilities within the woreda(HCsand Hospital).

Based on findings, action plan were developed by the team and debriefing session was conducted for PMT both at

 Woreda and HF levels.
