Community Based Education (CBE) is a means of achieving educational relevance to community needs and consists of learning activates that use the community -oriented education programmed. It consists of learning activating that use the community extensively as a learning environment in which not only students but also teacher members of the community and representatives of other sectors are actively engaged throughout  the educational experience The program is of clear benefit to both students and the community. Hence the core philosophy of the university is
