A delegation from Jimma University, led by Dr. Tadesse Habtamu, Academic Vice President, and Mr. Addisalem Taye, Director of International Relations, visited Bursa Teknik University to strengthen future academic cooperation.
During the visit, the delegates met with Prof. Dr. Naci Çağlar, Rector of Bursa Teknik University, and Prof. Dr. Beyhan Bayhan, Vice Rector, where they discussed how to enhance and expand collaboration. Both sides explored practical ways to deepen cooperation through joint academic initiatives and long-term partnership activities aimed at supporting shared research and academic development.
The visit also included an opportunity to travel to Uludağ University, one of the largest universities in Bursa, where further discussions were held on formalizing collaboration and initiating exchange programs across various fields of study. Overall, the meetings reflected a shared commitment to advance internationalization efforts, build durable university-to-university partnerships, and create new opportunities for students and academics through structured academic mobility and cooperation.
