Jimma University and ABH Partners have officially announced a partnership aimed at enhancing education, research, and community services offered by the university.
The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on March 6, 2025. Key figures in attendance included Dr. Jemal Abafita, President of Jimma University; Markos Feleke, CEO of ABH Partners; senior officials from both institutions; and representatives from the Ministry of Education, who agreed to revitalize the previous program.
During the conference, officials outlined the partnership’s objectives, highlighting efforts to improve accessibility to Jimma University’s academic services. Dr. Amare Deribew, Technical Director of ABH Partners, provided insights into the new program being relaunched.
The event culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by both parties, solidifying their commitment to collaboration.
