College Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of the college includes both academic and administrative divisions, all of which report to the college dean. The Academic Commission, which consists of the dean, vice dean, heads, directors, coordinators, and various unit offices within the college, plays a direct role in decision-making as needed during their regular meetings. Overall, the college operates under a hierarchical management framework, as illustrated in the diagram below.
